A queue management platform for Suzuki dealer showrooms, extended to 130+ dealer points: a Deno backend and a native Android kiosk with printers and on-site peripherals, every device configured and controlled remotely.

how it is put together
Problem
Customers at motorbike showrooms queued without tickets, staff called people by shouting, and head office had no view of service times. Every showroom is different, so the hardware had to be cheap, standard, and manageable from Dhaka.
Architecture
- A native Android kiosk application that issues tokens, drives the ticket printer and other peripherals, and keeps a real-time channel to the server.
- A Deno backend that owns queues, counters, and device state, and lets an operator configure or control any kiosk remotely.
- Multi-tenant and offline-capable: each dealer is a tenant with its own services and counters, and a kiosk keeps issuing tokens when the line drops.
- The kiosk runs in Device Owner lock-task mode with NFC tag detection, on Signature Gen-A self-service hardware.
- Rollout across 130+ dealer points on the same fleet-management model.
