   Lead a development team delivering enterprise backend and AI platforms for the Rancon Group, defining system architecture, development standards, and engineering guidelines.

   • Lead a development team designing and delivering scalable backend and AI systems for enterprise platforms.
   • Developed and deployed a company-wide ERP on the Frappe Framework for Ranks ITT Ltd, then delivered and deployed it for sister concerns Rangs Properties Ltd and Rancon Properties Ltd.
   • Led development of a centralized food hall management and multi-outlet POS/ERP platform for Rancon Catering Ltd with a small engineering team, now serving 7+ outlets with NFC stored-value card payments at the counter.
   • Architected and led development of a 21-module enterprise HRIS platform for Rancon Group, now in production serving 42+ companies and 4,000+ employees, defining the system architecture, development standards, and engineering guidelines.
   • Built the HRIS attendance middleware that syncs biometric punches from 100+ ZKTeco and Fingertec devices across group companies into the HRIS on scheduled, nightly reconciliation, and on-demand runs.
   • Designed and deployed a device-identity access-control layer for Rangs eMART's ERP and internal applications, so they are reachable only from approved company devices, removing the ERP server's direct internet exposure at no per-user licensing cost.
   • Authored the platform's operational documentation, covering the security model, runbook, onboarding, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery backed by encrypted automated backups.
   • Designed scalable backend services with Laravel and Deno (Hono), paired with Next.js frontends, supporting admin platforms and mobile applications.
   • Built a queue management system for Rancon Motor Bike Ltd (Suzuki), since extended to 130+ Suzuki dealer points: a Deno backend and a native Android kiosk application with on-site hardware integration, with real-time device communication and every device controlled remotely from the backend.
   • Built a centralized display management system, a Nuxt.js web platform with a native Android app, for synchronized control of distributed screens across locations, now serving multiple Rancon Group sister concerns including Ranks ITT Ltd.

   A small software company delivering custom platforms for government services, fintech, and agri-business clients, and the home of my own products.

   • Architected and built CertQ, a certificate management platform that lets government offices, union parishads, schools, and companies create, customize, and issue official certificates.
   • Built a Deno and Hono middleware integrating ClickUp with a bank's loan-servicing platform over OAuth2 mTLS, synchronizing mortgage loan status in real time via webhooks.
   • Built eGolpo, an AI comic-creation platform for Bangla and English storytelling, whose stories became the printed book Egolpo Comics (2025).
   • Architected Zayyan OS, a hardware-independent platform for companion robots, and the self-hosted Bangla voice stack it runs on.

3. Senior Software Engineer · Kube Money

   AI engineering for a UK open-banking platform serving millennial, Gen Z, and SME customers.

   • Fine-tuned LLMs and built RAG-based systems powering Kube AI features: Affordability Score, Financial Matchmaking, Financial Advisor, and the Rewards Platform.
   • Contributed to the engine that delivers real-time, personalized financial recommendations; Kube reports it cuts partner acquisition costs by up to 80%.
   • Earlier (2022–2024) built the platform's Laravel backend and admin console for open-banking affordability assessment and product matching.

4. Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead) · Dana Fintech Ltd

   Joined as Software Engineer, promoted to Senior Software Engineer in July 2025. Banking and fintech platforms: biometric verification, eKYC, high-volume transaction services, and AI assistants.

   • Designed and deployed distributed backend services with Spring Boot and FastAPI supporting fintech platforms that process high-volume financial transactions.
   • Designed and deployed AI assistant systems using RAG architecture, LangChain, Gemini, OpenAI, and Ollama, enabling multilingual customer support, automated query resolution, and knowledge retrieval from structured and unstructured data sources.
   • Developed the backend for Dana AI, the company's consumer financial assistant app on Google Play, and worked with the development team on integration between the mobile app and backend services.
   • Developed backend infrastructure with Laravel and CodeIgniter supporting the admin console and mobile applications.
   • Built a credit score engine as an Android module using Kotlin, Coroutines, and Retrofit.
   • Built the eKYC identity verification microservices (face match, liveness detection, NID OCR) with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Python.
   • Architected and built a biometric customer verification platform for a leading commercial bank in Bangladesh, integrated with the bank's core banking system and national ID verification, spanning backend, Windows desktop, and Android field-agent clients.
   • Engineered the platform's fingerprint security pipeline with WSQ compression and AES/RSA envelope encryption; remediated all third-party VAPT findings and published the app privately via Managed Google Play.
   • Built a Dockerized FastAPI computer-vision microservice (OpenCV, Playwright, pdf2image) that automatically detects, de-duplicates, and crops fingerprints from scanned images, multi-page PDFs, and full-page web captures.
