   Lead a development team delivering enterprise backend and AI platforms for the Rancon Group, defining system architecture, development standards, and engineering guidelines.

   • Architected and led a 21-module enterprise HRIS platform serving 42+ companies and 4,000+ employees, including a C#/.NET Windows middleware that syncs biometric punches from 100+ ZKTeco and Fingertec devices across group companies.
   • Designed and deployed a device-identity access-control layer for Rangs eMART's ERP and internal applications, restricting access to approved company devices and removing the ERP server's direct internet exposure at no per-user licensing cost.
   • Developed and deployed a company-wide ERP on the Frappe Framework for Ranks ITT Ltd (Ranks One), then rolled it out to sister concerns Rangs Properties Ltd and Rancon Properties Ltd.
   • Led development of Food Loft, a centralized food hall management and multi-outlet POS/ERP platform for Rancon Catering Ltd, now serving 7+ outlets with NFC stored-value card payments.
   • Designed and delivered a multi-tenant, offline-capable queue management platform for Rancon Motor Bike Ltd (Suzuki) in 20 working days: a Deno + Hono backend and a Device Owner Android kiosk with NFC and printer integration, now extended to 130+ dealer points.
   • Built a centralized display management system (Nuxt.js and native Android) that synchronizes screens across Rancon Group sister concerns, with local video caching for offline playback and real-time updates over WebSocket.
   • Architected the Rancon Vehicle Management System, a multi-SBU vehicle booking platform with driver assignment, live trip tracking, notifications, and reporting, and a field sales force automation platform with a companion Android app.
   • Authored the platforms' operational documentation: security model, runbooks, onboarding, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery backed by encrypted automated backups.

   A small software company delivering custom platforms for government services, fintech, and agri-business clients, and the home of my own products.

   • Architected and built CertQ, a certificate management platform that lets government offices, union parishads, schools, and companies create, customize, and issue official certificates.
   • Built a Deno and Hono middleware integrating ClickUp with a bank's loan-servicing platform over OAuth2 mTLS, synchronizing mortgage loan status in real time via webhooks.
   • Built eGolpo, an AI comic-creation platform for Bangla and English storytelling, whose stories became the printed book Egolpo Comics (2025).
   • Architected Zayyan OS, a hardware-independent platform for companion robots, and the self-hosted Bangla voice stack it runs on.

3. Senior Software Engineer · Kube Money

   AI engineering for a UK open-banking platform serving millennial, Gen Z, and SME customers.

   • Fine-tuned LLMs and built RAG-based systems powering Kube AI features: Affordability Score, Financial Matchmaking, Financial Advisor, and the Rewards Platform.
   • Contributed to the engine that delivers real-time, personalized financial recommendations; Kube reports it cuts partner acquisition costs by up to 80%.
   • Earlier (2022–2024) built the platform's Laravel backend and admin console for open-banking affordability assessment and product matching.

4. Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead) · Dana Fintech Ltd

   May 2022 – Oct 2025 · Full-time

   Joined as Software Engineer, promoted to Senior Software Engineer in July 2025. Banking and fintech platforms: biometric verification, eKYC, high-volume transaction services, and AI assistants.

   • Architected and built a biometric customer verification platform for a leading commercial bank in Bangladesh, integrating the bank's core banking system and national ID verification across backend, Windows desktop, and Android field-agent clients.
   • Engineered the fingerprint security pipeline with WSQ compression and AES/RSA envelope encryption, remediated all third-party VAPT findings, and published the app privately through Managed Google Play.
   • Built the eKYC microservices for face matching, liveness detection, and NID OCR with FastAPI and Python, plus a self-hosted vision-LLM OCR engine and an OpenCV service that extracts fingerprints from scanned documents.
   • Designed and deployed distributed backend services with Spring Boot and FastAPI for fintech platforms processing high-volume financial transactions.
   • Built a production RAG-based LLM assistant (LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini, Ollama) behind Dana AI, a consumer financial assistant on Google Play, and led its backend.
   • Built the Android module for Dana's alternate credit-scoring engine (Kotlin, Coroutines, Retrofit), integrated into a partner bank's app via JitPack; led code reviews across Agile sprints.

   Full-stack Laravel applications and Flutter mobile apps for clients across healthcare, retail, media, and logistics, plus the company's CI/CD and server operations.

   • Developed full-stack Laravel web applications with queued jobs, Redis, and WebSockets, and multiple Flutter mobile applications (GetX, Provider, Bloc).
   • Set up GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and managed and hardened the company's production Linux VPS with proactive monitoring.
