CertQ

Certificate management for government offices and schools

The question

Can a union parishad define its own certificate types and still issue documents any citizen can verify from a number and a QR code?

A dynamic certificate management platform that lets government offices, union parishads, schools, and companies design, customize, and issue official certificates such as citizenship, inheritance, income, and character certificates, with verifiable records.

What it is

A union parishad office issues dozens of certificate types, each with its own wording, seal, and signatory. CertQ turns each type into a template the office controls, records every issued certificate, and prints a verifiable document in a minute.

How it works

Template designer with dynamic fields, role-based issuance and approval, a public verification page keyed by certificate number and QR code, and an audit trail per office.

Where it started

The idea goes back to a union parishad management system I presented at the Chuadanga Deputy Commissioner's office while still a student. CertQ is that idea grown up.
